1. Bulk packing specifications
Industrial tower commonly used bulk filler mainly DN16, DN25, DN38, DN50, DN76 and other specifications. The large size of the filler applied to the small diameter tower, will produce poor liquid and serious wall flow, so that the separation efficiency of the tower. 2. Selection of structured packing specifications
Industrial commonly used regular packing model and specifications of many ways, the domestic custom with the specific surface area that is mainly 125,150,250,350,500,700 and several specifications, the same type of structured packing, the larger the surface area , The higher the mass transfer efficiency, but the resistance increases, the flux decreases, the packing cost is also increased obviously. Selection should be from the separation requirements, flux requirements, site conditions, the nature of materials and equipment investment, operating costs and other aspects of comprehensive consideration, so that the selected filler can meet the technical requirements, but also has economic rationality.

(2) metal filler. Metal filler can be made of a variety of materials, the choice of the main consideration of corrosion problems. Carbon steel packing low cost, and has a good surface wetting properties, for non-corrosive or corrosive substances should be given priority to use; stainless steel filler corrosion resistance, the general resistance in addition to Cl-common corrosion, but its cost Higher, and poor surface wetting performance.
(3) plastic packing. Plastic filler material mainly includes polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc., the domestic general use of polypropylene material. Plastic filler corrosion resistance is better, can withstand the general inorganic acid, alkali and organic solvent corrosion. Its good temperature resistance, long-term use in the following 100 ℃.
